How will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex.
Can I return a purchase I made at TheMagicalRockingHorse.com?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. All of the items that we carry (this applies only to items purchased directly from The Magical Rocking Horse) are guaranteed for materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, replace the item or arrange for a return.
If you want to return an item for reasons other than damage, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that certain limited edition or customized items are non-refundable. They are still guaranteed for materials and workmanship, but cannot be returned for a refund. These products are clearly marked on their respective description pages on this site.
