How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item on our site has an approximate delivery time posted on it's product description page. If you need an item by a specific date, please be sure to include that information in the comments area when checking out.
How much does shipping cost? Most items have a minimal shipping charge, while some have free shipping. Items with free shipping are clearly marked on the product description page. Others have the shipping displayed when they are added to the shopping cart. Please note that adding an item to the cart does not obligate you to purchase it.
What if I need to receive my purchase in a hurry?
Unless specifically stated on a product's description page, we do not offer express shipping at this time.
How will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No, we pay any applicable sales tax for you.
Can I return my purchase? Your satisfaction is very important to us. All of the items that we carry are guaranteed for materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, replace the item or arrange for a return.
If you want to return an item for reasons other than damage, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that certain limited edition or customized items are non-refundable. They are still guaranteed for materials and workmanship, but cannot be returned for a refund. These products are clearly marked on their respective description pages on this site.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. The Magical Rocking Horse reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis. If the item has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
How can I pay for my purchase?
The Magical Rocking Horse gladly accepts VISA, Discover, American Express and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. This applies to all items, even those with longer delivery times.
Can I have my purchase gift wrapped or include a gift message?
We do not provide gift wrapping. However, you can enter a gift message in the comments area when checking out and we will enclose it with your purchase.
