How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item on our site has an approximate delivery time posted on it's product description page. If you need a rush order or delivery by a certain date, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the continental United States is included in the purchase price of each item. For shipping to other locations, please contact us for an estimate or we will contact you with the shipping charge after you submit your order.

What if I need to receive my purchase in a hurry?
We can express ship your rocking toy, for an extra charge, to make sure it gets there for that special day. For rush orders, please call us at 908-252-9384 to check item availability, express shipping cost and arrange for delivery.

How will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Residents of New Jersey only will be charged a 6% sales tax.

Can I return my purchase?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. All of the items that we carry are guaranteed for materials and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, replace the item or arrange for a return - all at no cost to you.

If you want to return an item for reasons other than damage, we'll take it back, refund your full purchase price and even pay for the return shipping! So you see, there really is no risk when you shop with us.

Please note that certain limited edition or customized items are non-refundable. They are still guaranteed for materials and workmanship, but cannot be returned for a refund. These products are clearly marked on their respective description pages on this site.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. The Magical Rocking Horse reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis. However, in most cases:
  • If the item has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
  • If the item is made-to-order (these items are noted on their description pages), you will be refunded the original purchase price less a 20% cancellation fee.

    How can I pay for my purchase?
    The Magical Rocking Horse gladly accepts VISA, Discover, American Express and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

    When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. This applies to all items, even those with longer delivery times.

    Can I have my purchase gift wrapped or include a gift message?
    Due to the size of our rocking toys, we do not provide gift wrapping. However, you can enter a gift message when checking out from our store and we will enclose it with your purchase.

    Will I have to put my rocking toy together or will it arrive already assembled?
    Most of our toys will arrive completely assembled. A few require minor assembly by you. If this is the case, it is noted in the item's product description on our site.

    Can I have one of your horses customized?
    Many special requests for customization can be accommodated. If you have a special request, please contact us.
